Update because the old edition was out of print, and the second

edition is has more than cosmetic changes. Anyways, if this isn't

appropriate, be gentle on me. :)

Rsync is now preferred to cvsup, based on my experience it's easier to set

up and much more portable. Also, start the path towards closing FTP by

discouraging its use for mirroring.

Scratching an itch... documenting the difference between different DBM files

in an attempt to stave off some support questions.
