try blazeds 4.7.2

- Replaced an oracle download of javacc with one from maven-central as Oracle doesn't seem to be able to keep their servers up and running.

- Refactored the way the blazeds jar is included (downloaded from Maven Central instead of copying from BLAZEDS_HOME) - Refactroed the fontkit retrieval to download the 4 fontkit jars instead of downloading the flex-sdk 4.6 and unpacking them from there

Fixed javacc download URL

The original URL seemingly causes a redirect to the 'https' download and this redirect (may) cause the download to fail but still result in a 0 byte file, confusing the build script. Changed URL to 'https' to avoid this problem.

Merged Apache Flex 4.9.0 release branch

The batik targets were incorrectly deleting the thirdparty/batik/lib directory which is under svn control.

git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/sdk/branches/release4.9@1421400 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68

Fix batik-jars-clean so it does what it should and jars don't end up in source kit. batik/build.xml assumes the lib directory always exists.

git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/sdk/branches/develop@1412221 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68

When downloading the batik 1.7 jars, make sure to clean up any left over batik 1.6 jars to avoid compile errors. ant super-clean also does this.
