[TRAFODION-1558]Used driver connection with TCP:<ip>/<port>. Connection

succeeded but no schemas or tables are listed. It's was casued by the

driver use long (4 bytes) to store the points (8 bytes) which caused data

loss. The fix is use LONG_PTR insteaded.

This is in response to JIRA 1644

Fix suggested by Feng Qiang (Vito). Update stats for Hive table uses

INSERT to populate the sample table. It has now been changed to use

UPSERT USING LOAD.

There is also some cleanup change to remove code related to dp2sampling

and the adjustment it required when table had varchar columns.

[TRAOFDION-1557] DataSource cannot connect using Tableau

using LONG_PTR instead of long to cast a point in some MFC function.

in Windows 10 x64 , Visual Stduio 2013, long is 4 bytes and point is 8 bytes.
